Your Personal Action Guide for the Environment

As you’ve learned throughout your Climate Solutions 101 journey, solving our biggest environmental challenges requires widespread changes in policy and business practices. Personal actions can help too—here are some places to start.

"Seeing the Whole Board" to Stop Climate Change

Foley explores similarities between climate action and playing chess in this Medium piece from 2021. “We need to use all the pieces, employ multiple strategies, and see the whole board. But, unlike chess, we have to play this game collaboratively to win.”

We Need Four Waves of Climate Action

Read more from Foley’s Medium site about four parallel waves of climate solutions. These waves, he says, unfold on different timelines and are all essential to stopping climate change in its tracks.
