Jennifer Caldwell manages a family foundation focusing on education and the climate crisis. With experience serving on national and local nonprofit boards, she has steered strategic initiatives in marketing, brand messaging, and fundraising. After a corporate career in media, publishing, and broadcasting, she headed marketing at The Nature Conservancy in California, founded a national platform engaging women in climate action, and initiated the Bay Area Green Schools Alliance. In addition to her current role at Project Drawdown, Jennifer also serves on the advisory boards of The Salata Institute for Climate and Sustainability at Harvard University and Emerge America. She is an emeritus trustee of The Nature Conservancy in CA, Exploratorium, Environmental Working Group, Katherine Delmar Burke School, and the San Francisco Ballet.
